This polo is knit from lambswool, a softer, finer version of wool taken from a sheep’s first shearing. The “Fair Isle” pattern takes its name from a small island in Scotland, where the technique was originally developed. Traditionally, no more than two colors are used in any one row; this version updates that tradition with a mix of 12 colors.
